Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form Below.
Step 2: Send Your Payment (Please make sure you fill out the registration form & send the payment together so I know which workshop you are signing up for and have your contact information)

Step 3: E-Sign the Waiver
After completing your payment, please click on the link below to e-sign the waiver. This is required for participation in the workshop.
Returning Clients: If you have previously signed a waiver, you do not need to fill it out again.
