Brianne is a dedicated spiritual practitioner, specializing in NeuroDynamic Breathwork™, holistic wellness coaching, and Reiki. With profound insights and extensive personal experience in non-ordinary states of consciousness, she gently guides individuals to rewire neural pathways and transcend limiting beliefs. 
Sophia Khotil
Sound Bath
Sophia is an intuitive energy healer and holistic Massage Therapist based in Holly Springs. She integrates Eastern and Western bodywork during her sessions in her private studio. She also imbues sound healing in her work and leads sound baths when she is not massaging and teaches Reiki Levels 1 and 2 using six Reiki traditions.

Breathwork:

NDB invites you to explore the realms of your subconscious mind, igniting lasting change and illuminating precious insights along the way. Sound Healing:

Sound baths are a whole-body listening experience that nurture and ground the mind, body, and spirit. Sophia from Atma Prema Holistic creates sound journeys that support deep rest and relaxation using crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, drums, gongs, and other sound healing instruments. These sound frequencies invite you into a deeper state of consciousness, allowing your brain waves to slow down and shift from an active state to a more calm or dream-like state. In this reflective space, participants can experience clarity of mind, creativity, and a heightened sense of intuition.

When combined, breathwork and sound healing create a powerful synergy. Introduction Talk

Start with an overview of breathwork, including how to drop in, let go, and set personal boundaries. This is also the time for answering any questions and offering tips to enhance your experience.

Guided Exercises

Engage in meditation, visualization, and focused breathing techniques to gently guide you into a relaxed state, setting the foundation for the deeper work ahead.

Expert Support

Throughout the session, you’ll receive guidance and support from experienced facilitators, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for your journey.

Breathwork

Explore the depths of your subconscious during an immersive breathwork session, accompanied by soul-stirring music that facilitates emotional release and personal growth.

Sound Bath

Experience a full-body listening journey with soothing sound frequencies, including crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments, to deepen relaxation and enhance your breathwork experience.

Integration

Conclude the session with an optional sharing circle, offering a supportive space for reflection, connection, and integration of your experiences.

Preparation:

Parking: When you enter the Four Points driveway, make a right at the stop sign and park anywhere. Use the automatic glass sliding door on the right side of the building—our session will be held in the first room on your right, the Tarheel Room.

Advanced registration and payment are required due to limited space.

Important Information:
While breathwork and sound healing can be deeply transformative, they are not intended to replace traditional therapy. Our sessions are designed to complement your personal growth journey, not replace it, but please note that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

One of our support staff has an extreme allergy to nuts. Please do not bring any snacks into the space containing those ingredients. We greatly appreciate your cooperation with this. If you have any severe allergies you want us to know about, please list them on the registration form.

Medical Contraindications:

Please be aware that deeper styles of breathwork may elicit intense physical and emotional releases. Certain medical conditions may preclude participation, including epilepsy, high blood pressure not controlled by medication, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, and severe mental health conditions.
